Hey, i'm 21 and this is my first cycle . 500mg of prop a week for 8 weeks, and clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off x2 pyramiding 40,80,120,80,40)
Basically im trying to get shredded by the end of my cycle im about 13% bf atm, i got 4 weeks left.. i was just wondering whats the lowest cals i should eat under maintenance should be to cut as fast as i can without losing muscle and even gaining abit :P
im 6"1 91kg
whats your thoughts on this?
