hi i am about to start my first cycle of test at the end of the week and have just made my bulk diet.
i am 25 215pounds bench 110kg deadlift 130kg squat 110kg, . i am just after some advise on if my diet is correct?
ive counted the calories and they are at 4200 . i will be having 325 grams of protein 400 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat!
do those numbers look like they shouldfor a sucessful bulk?
