blood work ,need advice

Stats 38 ,208ibs /5'11/15%bf-
My trt protocol is ,100mg test cyp, ew / 100mg nandrolone ew/ HCG 250iu twice week/.5 MG Anastrozole twice week
This blood work was drawn 6 days after my last Test cyp shot, in the morning on a 10hr fast
My Hemoglobin has gone up,testosterone looks a bit high after 6 days.Bioavailable testosterone is also out of range,and shgb is kinda low

You mentioned "Estriadol", as it was mentioned right below testosterone, and then further down. Presuming the one right below testosterone is Estradiol - E2?

The best thing I can advise for your hemoglobin, RBC, hemocrit, ferritin, and other CBC values is:
1) Keep a clean diet with lots of veggies.
2) Donate blood on a regular basis.

It sounds like the HCG is probably helping to give you some decent endogenous production of test. I experienced the same thing a few years ago when I got on it, and adjustments had to be made to my protocol to factor in the increased test production from the HCG.

Your free test is 3.58%, which isn't too much of a surprise with your SHBG score being low. You could essentially lower your bio-available score, if you choose, simply by lowering your total serum score. In your case, you would still be further ahead of most guys if your total serum was 500, and theirs was 700 (with say a 2.2% free test score). Did they by chance run your albumin? My calculator is showing it to be around 3.4, which would be a little bit low. That would also lead to ask if you had any liver enzyme tests taken? ALT/AST?

Anyways, there will be plenty of guys chiming in with their questions and comments, so stay tuned.

I'm sure someone will chime in but to me it looks like you would do ok on 80-90 mg test week and .25mg anastrozle 2x a week. I think shgb being on the low side is good. you'll get a better answer soon though.

Besides running the labs, how are you feeling overall? Any problems, symptoms, complaints? Sleeping OK?

Are you running the Deca for medical purposes? We can talk a little more about that subject too, as I've recently added it back into my protocol for another 12 week run.

The deca is for collagen synthesis ,i am trying it to see if my shoulders will heal faster.
The liver enzymes came back as

Regarding The free estradiol panel that i posted on the bottom of my op ,i don't know if it is useful for anything.
The one on top wich says estradiol 15 is the one i think is my e2 baseline.
I feel much better since i dropped my test dose from 200mg /week back in late july ,my Testosterone came back at 2250 i was a wreck ,free t was also waaay out of range ,so my mood has improved since cutting my dose in half.
My shoulders and upper traps are weak and fatigue easily ,my biceps also get pumped very quick.I wonder if this has something to do with high hemoglobin count?

Bp a week ago was 140/90,a little high for me ,usually im at 120/80 it has gone up since starting trt

yes elevated hemoglobin can make you feel like crap, the blood doesn't flow as freely as it should. donate blood asap and you'll feel better. another thing is look for is vitamin D, mine was low and after a week of taking vitamin D3 i felt great!

Well, then your albumin is fine. The calculator I use http://www.issam.ch/freetesto.htm doesn't quite jive well with the numbers you provided, but it's by no means a perfect tool either.

On your CBC Panel, did you also get the RBC checked? Since hemoglobin is primarily related to RBC's, I would check to see where you sit with that score. One of the main sides of TRT is increased RBC's. This is manageable with donating blood on a regular basis. At a glance, it does seem like a possibility, especially considering that you were way up there with your "T" levels over the summer, BUT, this is just speculation. I would definitely be exploring the causes and treatments available with a doctor.

yes vick...that bp does seem too high...both numbers are up there...i'm not an expert but that second number seems quite high..

I just wanted to say bass is correct. Elevated hemolobin has a lot of bad sides and you need to know why it's just over the high end of "normal". A high hemoglobin count usually suggests that you have too many red blood cells = Erythrocytosis. It can lead to a several complications because it can impair circulation to hard to reach places and can lead to abnormal clotting as well.

As noted your Hemocrit is inching up as well and is a typical side to TRT protocols.

As stated correctly by others here; regular blood donation will correct this and as a result your body will function more normally and you should feel a ton better.

Everyone will have an opinion with what number is the right number. My opinion: 15 is low, and you will see improvements with the joints and that if you can at least get into the mid 20's. In the past, I've noticed significant joint and libido issues once it gets below 20. This is a meticulous hormone to get dialed in, and everyone seems to be a little different. BUT, I would suggest giving it try with backing off just a little more on your AI for a few weeks and see if you don't feel some improvement. Worse case, you can easily drop back to your old routine quick enough, but I think you feel a difference if you try it.

My levels are probably way higher earlier in the week.I might drop down to 80mg for a while and re test.Everyone is different ,the clinics like to start you out at 200mg ,in my case it made my life worse not better.For someone else they may need that much to acheive normal t levels. Just My 2cents

It probably took 4 or 5 weeks before the intense joint pain dissipated when my E2 dropped like that, so I would agree with time frame on that part of the recovery. And yes, the libido recovers much more quickly. I suspect you will be much happier with your new protocol with the AI; both physically and financially.

Sorry Vick for not clarifying, but I was actually asking your take on the 100mg/wk of Deca. On the Test, I have no doubt about going with the lower dosage to be the better way to go for you. As mentioned in another post, I would imagine that you are getting a fair amount of production of endogenous test as a result of the HCG. IMO, you could still tweak that down and still be further ahead than most due to the higher amount of free and bio available test. Sorry for any confusion on that subject.

My deca is only for joint issues for now.
I can't work upper body to much,i switched working legs mostly.I think there are benefits in the gym at only 100mg, strength is up, and i have kept all, and added some lean muscle on upper body. I went from 206ibs to 210ibs no bloat.
Next time i am going to run 200/200 for 12 weeks .I think then i will definetly see some gains.
