My chest has always lagged behind the rest of my body, well in my eyes at least probably because it is my most sought after bodypart, anyways I have 2 questions that will probably end with differing opinions
1. On dumbbell presses, do you guys think it hits the chest more if you turn your hands to more of a 45 degree angle and lighten the weight? I've been watching a bunch of videos on why people can't gain size in their chest and that was one of the pointers.. might try it out if you guys think its worth while
2. On hammer strength machines (which I like to use towards the end of my workout when I'm more fatigued), is it better to use slow controlled movements stopping at the top of each rep OR still using controlled reps but not locking out in order to place constant tension on the chest? I've heard arguments both ways on this one
