I would say that while EQ and winny
12oz sirloin, 4eggs(2whites), and some guacamole would do good.
Or VPX shake
6eggs(3whites)
1 Tblspn of Flax

I'd go with what Pheedno said....
Hell my typical diet goes like this
1/2 cup oats
6 eggs/2 yolks
or when bulking
1 cup oats
10 eggs/3-4 yolks
1 orange
2 whole wheat toast with peanutbutter.
U don't need to eat "more than that" at a given meal.........that's assanine, as u can only utilize so much energy (nutrients) at once.
Anyhow, don't forget about the other 5-6 meals you still have during the day!

If your trying to gain weight I would add more carbs for breaksfast. This is the best time besides after training to eat carbs as your body was just fasting for 8 hours or so while you slept and you have all day to burn it off.

adding more carbs for breakfast when your glycogen stores should be full from the previous day/evening meals (pwo nutrition), only means that those carbs that have no place to go if you don't burn them off. Why chance it? 1/2 cup of oats, max, is fine, but to add carbs to "bulk" is an excuse to just say "F-it", and get fat. That is not a sound muscle building approach at all.
Carbs replace muscle glycogen, they do NOT build muscle. Adding carbs because you are "bulking" is not the answer, u will bulk, but u want to bulk by adding fat? Add more carbs where they can benefit REPAIR, and maintain a positive nitrogen balance w/healthy fats at other times for optimal recovery purposes. It's muscle u want to bulk with, not fat! If you know how/why/when to increase calories and/or carbs so you can give yourself every chance to get the benefits from doing so, instead of making yourself a lard ass for the hell of it, you are all the wiser!

Swole, dude I must give you some serious props! You are one knowledgable bro, and it's obvious you apply your science! I here exactly what you say, too much carb in the morn isn't good. I do 6/8or 10 egg whites in the morning and maybe some oats or a rye bagel. Maybe that's bad, but I was told that as long as it's rye you're ok, rye is alot like oats as far as they are not a carb that converts rapidly which inturn would end up being fat. If that's not true, no more bagels!
