    Ab workout question

I was wondering if anyone has any input on a good ab workout?

I haven't been working abs, I'm bulking now but coming off my test cycle in the next few weeks.

    Any help would be great.

cable woodchops, high, waist height and low, 15reps each side at each cable position and enough weight to scream through the last 5reps. (a fantastic exercise imo)

standing side bends with dbells or a plate

    crunches.

I used to do 2500 crunches a night... I sort of used it as my cardio, but I actually strained my lower left side and after a while doing that many starts to hurt your neck. Keep the reps at 15 max, so if you crunch, add weight. I liked hanging leg raises or knee raises as well. Abs are hit with so many exercises though that many people don't work them at all, as said above. As also said above... abs are indeed a product of good diet and cardio. Mine are peaking out just a bit now and i've been doing 30-45 min a day 6 days a week on an elliptical. They take time... and maintaing that level isn't to easy either lol.
