    after 6 months of hard working out. strict diet. running 1 cycle. and using of DNP to get sub 10%

    thanx alot guys for your comments
    my diet was simple diet nothing fancy
    egg whites and some oatmeal in morning with 4 oz ground beef 93% lean
    Protein shake with strawberry
    9 oz chicken + vegetables
    Workout
    Protein shake + apple
    9 oz chicken + vegetables + 1/2 cup brown rice
    10 oz tuna cans
    casien shake
    had this for 5 months, didnt have cheat meals lol. maybe once or twice.
    cardio was 45-60 min everyday 5-6 times weekly
    did alot of swimming thou and some football training like flipping tires, ropes, dragging weights crazy stuff
    then i did test prop + winstrol for 6 weeks only
    i had 10% bf . so i finished it with 2 weeks DNP

    i was 225 lbs, 5'10 alot of fat
    now 183 lbs with 6% im guessing. or so

    how did you run DNP can you list the weeks/doses etc

    i ran it for 2 weeks.
    1 week 200 mg
    2nd week 400mg
    then i took 2 weeks off.
    then i ran it for a month on only 200mg this was very effective
    it was hard to do cardio especially with doing 45 min everyday so i had to split it.
    i lose more than 10 lbs on DNP

    its a dangerous drug no doubt. but you did yeild good results.

    now just dont get back to where you use to be

    im thinking of my second cycle now
    im 200 12% bf
    i will post my cycle that im thinking of doing after doing alot of reading
