I'm 22 years old, 5'8, 180 pounds. Been lifting for six years. My body type is muscular for my weight, but there's still some fat present mainly in the belly area and legs, but not a lot. I've lost a lot of fat before I started this cycle. My back is pretty clean but I want to get ripped and hard. My genetics are a little messed up since my mom's family is fat, and I was a fat kid.
First Cycle ever: Primo - Stano
My instructor gave me these guidelines:
1w: 100mg Stano / 200mg Primo
2w: 150mg Stano / 200mg Primo
3w: 150mg Stano / 300mg primo
4w: 100mg Stano / 300mg Primo
5w: No Stano / 200mg Primo
6w: no stano / 200mg Primo
I talked to him and he told me I could use more if I wanted to, so he modified this way:
1w: 100mg Stano / 200mg Primo
2w: 225mg Stano / 300mg Primo
3w: 225mg Stano / 400mg primo
4w: 225mg Stano / 400mg Primo
5w: 200mg Stano / 300mg Primo
6w: no stano / 300mg Primo
I'm finishing up 3w but I'm not seeing results for this cutting cycle. This is my first time using steroids and I thought results were going to be noticeable. I might be losing some fat, but not as the reviews for cutting cycles. No vascularity is noticeable and still fat covering my muscles..
Daily, I eat this:
5 egg white - 1 whole egg
2 turkey 50% less fat sausages
2 turkey ham 97% fat free
2 - 2% cheese slice (as the ones for sandwiches)
cooked white rice = about 100grams (not even a cup of cooked rice)
1-2 chicken breasts
2 apples
2 plums
1 banana
Peanut butter (1/2 cup)
fat free yogurt (1/2 cup)
2-3 tuna cans
50 grams of protein powder
plus: supplements as post workout creatine and pre workout oxides, and vitamins
Any suggestions? I'm not cutting!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
Other question: Should I add some testo or other steroid to grow my muscles? or is it too late for the short cycle I'm doing? I first wanted to cut fat, but I get nervous and anxious, and now I don't care if I get big, or ripped, i just want to be able to see muscles without any problem.
