Multigrain bread
Any fruit
Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Oats (only blended in a shake)
Fruit Juice
White rice
FATS:
Roasted Nuts
Olive Oil
Avocado
Fishoils
Peanut Butter
I like a bit of fat on my meat

BBQ chicken and chips

Chinese Food ( depends)

Kebab/Souvlaki this is good since grilled

Last cycle I ate around 4500 calories a day, I am thinking maybe this was too much hence the fat gain? Maybe i should stay under 4000? Thanks
