How to properly cycle when dealing with pubertal gyno?

Have pretty bad gyno since i was young. I'm able to get them removed surgically.

Cycle before surgery, disregard any new tissue, get it removed.

    OR

Cycle after surgery, and use an intense pct protocol afterwards to prevent new development.

I have had 2 gyno surgeries. Why not just not cycle and get the gyno surgery. As for disregarding new tissue? Thats a horrible idea. The more tissue and skin the worse your surgery results will look. Its best to get it taken care of asap. You can always cycle after. IMO.

Well what if I cycle, use agressive pct to prevent further development (is this even possible with significant tissue already?), then get it removed.

Pct is not your only concern. You may need anti-estrogens during the cycle. It is possible to prevent further growth as long as you keep estrogen down. I dont know why you wouldnt just want to get the surgery out of the way .

I'm afraid since I already have it that I'd be prone to getting again after surgery. Can gyno from cycling be taken care of by AI's even if I have pubertal gyno? It would be a shame to be stuck with it again after going through surgery

You can absolutely get it again. My pubertal puberty was at age 14. I had it removed . Within a year it came back. Dealt with it up until age 26 and 2 months ago had it removed.

Bingo. In addition the first surgeon left a small amount of glad for cosmetic reasons. 99 percent of surgeons do this.

P.s. swiveling your image is useless. All anyone has to do is reverse the swivel and reveal your face
