Was hoping to do a bit of mass cooking in order to fit round work commitments , noticed that on many of the nutrition threads there is a distinct lack of flavourings .
Was thinking of cooking up a load of brown rice adding it to veg and loads of chicken, doing it in the wok with a little olive oil and putting it in containers to take to work. Would ideally like to add a bit of flavour to break the montony but not sure of what to use. Would a handfull of black beans or a splash of sweet chillie sauce be ok or does anyone have any better suggestions?
