    MKG's Nutrition Log...

    Hey guys,first real post on here lol. I'm running the Palumbo diet for a few months to cut away some extra fat. Stats are...
    Height:5'10
    Weight:200
    Age:19
    BF... I have no idea.
    Natty for now but I'm planning on starting a cycle when I'm around 23-24 if I feel the need to. Anyways,I will be posting my results every week. The meal plan for now looks like this(for those who haven't already seen it.)
    Meal 1:5 eggs,4 egg whites
    Meal 2: 50g whey,1tbs pb
    Meal 3:8oz chicken breast,1/2 cp cashews
    Meal 4:50g whey,1 tbs pb
    Meal 5:8oz steak,veggies,1tbs olive oil
    Meal 6:50g whey,1tbs pb
    and I'll leave uze with a quick question...I hate eggs... and egg whites... any ideas on what to sub them with???

    Thank you . I think I'm going to replace them with another chicken and cashew meal but Idk If it's the smartest idea. What do you think?

    Not so much of a fish person but I wouldn't mind eating 2 cans of tuna once every few days. Thanks for the idea .

    Midweek update* Down to 197.8 lbs. Energy levels have been ok. Stregth has gone up abit surprisingly. Andddd chased 2 goats at my buddys farms yesterday,rode them like horses*they were HUGE*! tied them up and threw them on a truck single handedly for the first time in my life adrenaline rush at its best!

    ^^^ sounds FUN! I will say this is a first around here...chasing goats and ridin' 'em and then tossin' in a truck!

    I've been a city boy my entire life, but one summer I worked at a camp and we were tasked with wrangling up a bunch of goats (if I remember correctly, they were goats) and getting them in the back of a pick up - helluva workout!

    It's been so long since my last update! I've just been so busy with work,school,and I took this week off to go to Chicago to visit my fam! Sitting at 194lbs atm.Changed my diet btw. Added about 200-250g carbs... keto was just taking a toll on my life! I'm not in too much of a hurry to loose fat and the weights still droppiing steady so I'm assuming it's all good lol.
