    First Cycle - H-Drol

    I think the time has come for my first cycle.

    I came to this site about 6 months ago now and got a lot of positive help, basically guiding me away from pro-hormones and to sorting out my diet. My diet has been well recently, and despite climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in June I am still 11st 8lbs.

    I am 6ft 1 and 11st 8lbs, with around an 11% body fat. For the past 2 months I have been training hard and eating well, but I just can't seem to beat a plateau I have come to. It is frustrating me because I am inbetween the guys who have given up and the guys who have already made it to their goals - mine of which is 13st.

    I want to get to this weight ideally, and keep as many of the gains as I can through a lean diet and hard training regime.

    This is where the H-Drol comes in. I have done a lot of extensive research and taken into account a lot of opinions on the matter. I was ideally wanting to take some M-Drol (own some right now as it happens) but decided against it for a first cycle while deciding on a more mild drug to see how my body reacts.

    My cycle will look like this: 50/75/75/75/75

    Alongside this I will run Liv 52 and Milk Thistle for liver support, alongside the usuals such as:
    - Multivits
    - Fish Oils
    - Glucosamine Sulphate
    - Hawthorne Berry.

    PCT I take very seriously. I will take the above + 6-OXO and Nolva for 5 weeks also, tapering down the Nolva in dosage as I go.

    Hopefully I will get to keep the majority of my gains, and will be happy with the results. Any further advice welcomed and encouraged. Wish me luck!

    Going to start with Day 1 today.

    Sometimes silence can be a good thing, but I just want to make sure it is not because any of you think I haven't fully planned this before I do start. I respect most of your experience, and want to make sure I do this right.

    Please let me know if there is any point in me updating this, if anybody is interested. Otherwise, here is a Day 1 Update:

    Had a massive increase in energy up to 2 hours after taking the tablet. Felt great, but it wore off after the 2 hours. Did Chest, pretty standard session as too soon to really kick in.

    Hi dude,

    I have run Hdrol a twice and i have many friends who have run it. Its a strong PH and it will give good gains, I gained around 10lbs in 5weeks. The gains were solid and i leaned out, please eat clean and and add as much attention to diet as you do in the gym. Diet is the key....

    For PCT I would run Nolva (Real nolvadex and not the knockoff suppliment)
    40/40/20/20

    My friend run hdrol and after coming off didnt complete a proper PCT, i think he dont 20/20 Nolvadex. Anyway a little while after he noticed signs of gyno, Hdrol is a strong legal suppliment and your get great gains. Just take it serious (as you are).

    Oh and I run Competitive Edge Cycle Assist alongside Hdrol and through until completion of PCT.

    Have a look at it mate, might workout cheaper than the individual support, milk thistle etc etc.

    Thanks mate, I might look into that for my next cycle (if I do one). I really just want to break this plateau, I have no real intention to do continuous cycles as I like seeing gains come naturally, but right now I just need to get past this brick wall.

    My Nolva is the real (expensive) deal, unless I've been had anyway. Tamoxifen.

    I am concerned with this H-Drol though. They had run out of CEL so they sent me Anabolic Pharmaceuticals, a brand I can find little info on. The bottle doesn't even tell you how many mg per tab, but says 1-2 tablets max in 24hours. Anybody know anything on this matter?

    Day 2

    Legs day. Had a good amount of protein/carbs so far, and trained hard. Was a struggle to walk home, and stairs are lethal. My legs felt stronger than last week too, but I am guessing that is unrelated to the H-Drol.

    Mild headache post-workout, but could be due to high water intake in a short space of time, gone now after having some sugar from fruit.

    I am guessing the tablets are 25mg but could be 50mg for all I know. Going up to 2 tablets from next thursday, which is when I expect to see some returns.

    Id imagine the tablets are 25-50mg (i googled and id say they are 25mg) but could be 50mg mate so try find out.

    I was told that they are trying to regulate Hdrol and other supplements (PH's) mainly. Not sure how true this is but i do agree, they are strong and so many people buy them thinking because they are legal they are safe.

    The Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) is the one you want

    I would run the PCT at 40/40/20/20.

    Have you got your macros for your diet and i will check them, diet is the absolute key. Checkout my cycle log HERE and use the format i did for my diet.
