I think the time has come for my first cycle.
I came to this site about 6 months ago now and got a lot of positive help, basically guiding me away from pro-hormones and to sorting out my diet. My diet has been well recently, and despite climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in June I am still 11st 8lbs.
I am 6ft 1 and 11st 8lbs, with around an 11% body fat. For the past 2 months I have been training hard and eating well, but I just can't seem to beat a plateau I have come to. It is frustrating me because I am inbetween the guys who have given up and the guys who have already made it to their goals - mine of which is 13st.
I want to get to this weight ideally, and keep as many of the gains as I can through a lean diet and hard training regime.
This is where the H-Drol comes in. I have done a lot of extensive research and taken into account a lot of opinions on the matter. I was ideally wanting to take some M-Drol (own some right now as it happens) but decided against it for a first cycle while deciding on a more mild drug to see how my body reacts.
My cycle will look like this: 50/75/75/75/75
Alongside this I will run Liv 52 and Milk Thistle for liver support, alongside the usuals such as:
- Multivits
- Fish Oils
- Glucosamine Sulphate
- Hawthorne Berry.
PCT I take very seriously. I will take the above + 6-OXO and Nolva for 5 weeks also, tapering down the Nolva in dosage as I go.
Hopefully I will get to keep the majority of my gains, and will be happy with the results. Any further advice welcomed and encouraged. Wish me luck!
