I have 2 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea everyday. That means total of 3 TABLESPOONS of sugar TOTAL per day.
You think that is too much for someone who is some-what sensitive to carbs. I have to eat less than usual carbs to stay lean but I am lean. No one can say I am not. You can see all my abs BUT I am not one of those that is natural very lean and do not have paper thin skin - I am not that type of lean. I have to maintain my diet and exercise to stay like this, which is fine with me.
Any recommendations on the sugar , shall I cut that out as well or reduce it further ? Any advise .....
