    Training and Over Training questions

    Lets say one is going to do a full chest workout and triceps + abs. What would be considered an acceptable amount of time to be in the gym without over training while hitting it hard and heavy?

    My understanding would be no more then 2 hrs. What is your opinion?

    you should be able to complete a workout in 45min to an hour and a half tops (not counting any cardio)

    see i am factoring in abs thats why I say 2hrs

    chi- can u split cardio/abs and lifting and workout 2 times a day? I see good results from 2-45min workouts!

    Randy that would be awesome but it is not ideal in my situation. Thanks for your input
