    workout critique please

    Mon - Chest/Triceps
    Tue - Back/Biceps
    Wed - Off
    Thu - Legs
    Fri - Off
    Sat - Shoulders
    Sun - Off

    Chest - Flat dumbell press
    - Incline dumbell flys
    - Cable crossovers

    Triceps - Lying skull crushers
    - Seated french press
    - Cable tricep extension

    Back - Barbell row
    - Assisted t-bar row
    - Dumbell lat raise
    - Hyper extensions

    Biceps - Straight barbell curl
    - Incline dumbell curl
    - Hammer curl

    Legs - Machine leg press
    - Laying leg curl
    - Leg extension
    - Seated leg curl

    Shoulders - Seated military press
    - Seated arnold press
    - Barbell front raise OR Dumbell lateral raise (which one is better?)
    - Barbell shrugs

    ill be doing 3 sets of each workout.
    and also, since im doing 2 bodys parts on some days should i switch body parts every other 3 sets? for example - 1st workout of chest then 1st workout of tris then 2nd workout of chest etc. or should i do chest,chest,chest then tris,tris,tris?

    This is just me but I would do more for chest and you got to include squats and or dead lifts in there to grow man. Those are two of the most anabolic exercises along with flat barbell presses

    so you would rather flat barbell oppose to flat dumbell?

    If i was you, i would do more for chest. You could do flat barbell and decline dumbell along with incline flys and cable crossovers this is just my opinion though.

    yes i would switch over to flat barbell presses.
