    Oly Lifts plus regular Split

    Hello,

Is it a bad idea to incorporate oly lifts with a bodybuilding/strength split? I workout 4 days a week bodybuilding style exercises (5x5 workout plan covering all the muscles), would it be too taxing on my body to add 3-4 oly lifting sessions?

maybe oly lifts in morn, BB split evening, or maybe some days just one or the other. For the olympic workout I was thinking just 10 sets of 2 of snatch/clean and jerk, and mixing in some other parts of the progression here and there.

So you are wanting 7-8 workout sessions per week?
