best way to split up winnie dosage

just wondering the best way to split up 100mg of oral winnie tht come in 50 mg pills.i knw life is 8 hrs on thm so would be best say 50 mg 1st thing and than 8 hrs later or say 1st thing anfd 12 hrs later to have a better consistent level or all 100mg 1st thing in am

since it has an 8 hour active life, you could split in half or in thirds. Half would probably be sufficient. As evenly spaced as is convenient.

Half is fine and 8 he's is OK also I don't like to take orals before bed, messes with my stomach and I don't sleep as well.

I take mine like this. 2 in the morning and 3 after lunch. Before i had 50mg tabs and took it once a day and that worked fine as well.

am/pm.... 8-10 hrs apart.
