hey guys, ive been going to gym for about 2 years now but its only been in the last year that ive really knuckled down started eating right, that i started seeing results, made me realise what a person can achieve with dedication and motivation. my diet pretty much was just consume as much protein and water as possible while i trained hard and of coarse eating healthy =) no drinking or eating anything with sugar, healthy foods like chicken breast broccoli mushroom banana's rolled oats etc. any idea's on improving?

GB Timeframe was about a year with eating the right way and training properly.

stats, i was 95 kgs or so at the start and im about 83.5 now and successfully moved up ridiculously in strength. before my transformation i was training on 80kgs on the bench press and am now training at 125kgs
