Ok, to start I am 5'7'' 180 lbs about 13% bf, eat 8 meals a day.
I wake up at 6 am and then perform stretching from 0615 - 0630 after I perform 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical due to a knee injury. I generally do intervals but sometimes I will just stay at the same pace. A question I have here is what is my target heartrate?
Workout at 1300 after chow I am doing my workouts quick with little (30-45 seconds) rest between sets, all exercises are 8-12 reps for 4 sets.
Monday:Chest (Flat Barbell, decline d-bell, Lying Flys, Incline Barbell)
Tuesday:Back (Lat Pulldowns, T-bar Row, Bentover Row, 1 Arm D-bell row, Seated Row)
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday:Shoulders/Traps (Reverse Smith Shrugs, Mil Press, Side Lat Raises, Front Raises)
Friday:Legs (Leg Press, Leg Extension, Squat, Leg Curls, Calf Press)
Saturday:Arms (Tricep Pulldowns, alt D-Bell curls, Skullcrushers, Reverse Curls
Sunday: OFF
with abs every other day.
Honestly I am totally smoked after these workouts but I want to know if I am taking the right approach to cutting? and suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
