id personally take it direct and wash it down with juice, that way you are sure to get all the product in you. i even do this with creatine etc

OP, just squirt the stuff to the back of your mouth and chase it really fast with some cranberry juice or whatever you like that will mask the pallette. You can mix it with your drink, but instead of a quick shot, you're now going to have to drink a foul tasting beverage.

adex is usually not bad, its the clomid that i have to mix water with and chase with more water. Leaves a nasty after taste

I squirted some clomid back into my throat and it it burned for a couple of days,i now like to take a sip of water then squirt it in and take more water to wash it down,its not too bad that way.Adex isnt bad at all.
