    5years progress

    What do u guys suggest I do next cut or continue bulking and cut post cycle
    32 5'7 188 16% bf on my first test prop cycle right now and hgh for the past 6 month 4 iu and 8iu for 5weeks with the 75 mg test prop Ed I decided to lower the cals a lil.

    Fat pic I was 155 23%bf
    Pic by the sea after 4 years natural progress
    With the striped towel after 2 month of 4iu hgh and 60 mg anavar 165 @ 11%bf
    With the white towel me now @188 16%bf
    5weeks in my test cycle and 7weeks to go

    I would lower the cals a little like you said and add some cardio but continue to gain - just try to keep the gains clean.

    No sense in trying to cut now on a mass gaining cycle, wait til after you've recovered and drop the BF later.

    I don't think I wanna cycle again any time soon cause I wanna stay natty after wards dont wanna mess up my natural system do u think like in march if I cut naturally would I loose a lot of the muscle gained on cycle?

    Awesome job bro... inspirational for sure!

    If you cut naturally and do it in a smart, slow controlled manner, losing muscle should be of very little concern. If you drop your calories drastically and go nuts on cardio, you'll likely burn LBM.

    How quickly and efficiently your HPTA recovers will have a lot to do with how much of your gains you're able to maintain.

    I would definitely stick with the GH as well, at least through the end of PCT or until you're recovered.

    I'll cut slowly with no cardio at first and I don't wish to go below 10%bf as I'm not competing or anything. Wish I can be 190 10% bf without cycling again and keeping it naturally.

    And here we go my 2nd cycle test e started 150ew & primo 200 every 4 days uped it week 7 to 250 teste & 300 primo e 4th day!!!!
    It resulted in a clean bulk got me from ~ 170 to 180 with a drop in bf and zero bloat & sides this time just the way I planned hope I can keep all of it this time !!!

    A lean 180 was my goal couple of years back but now I'm thinking more like trying to keep these stats natty and if I cycle again I'm gonna shoot for a lean 190 or a shredded 180 all depends on my stats in 6 month or so natty!!!

    I was going to say good idea and reasonable goals. When I was younger I always wanted to be a shredded 185 or lean 205. Little did I know that would be impossible without drugs. I was making beginner gains, so thought anything was possible, that and was 20 years old with massive amounts of hormones. I'm only an inch taller than you. Good luck on keeping those gains, hope it works out for you.

    I've been there for more than a full decade I thought shawn ray flex and ronni where on massive amounts of whey protein so I ended up loosing my 6 pack and getting fat and no internet to guide so really lost my way back then.

    And im a firm believer now that u can get really big without changing ur weight much due to replacing lost fat with hard solid bloat free muscle!
