The current supplements i have for daily dosage on cycle is:
Daily multi- 2 a day with food
glucosamine and chon- 2 a day
cel h-drol- 25 mg in morning 25 mg before workout
cel cycle assist- 4 in morning/ 4 with h-drol
fish oil- one a day
I have been on cycle for two weeks so am upping to 75 mg a day for hdrol, i have been folliowing a lifting schedule.
For pct i need advic because i only have a pre workout of labrada super no extreme and also have a fat burner cellucor d4.
I heard i will need cycle assist for pct and also nolva but need advice, on this. basically i need someone who can be an informative coach and instructor on the cycle i have started and dieting and lifting for my goals. i am new to this and would like an feedback possible thanks
