Just wondering what you all think.
I am currently going to start a course and my current routine is
Mon - Chest
Tue - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Tricepts and Bi's
(Calves and abs are peppered through these workouts)
Now the question - currently I am natural and am training 1 body part per week. Do you think I should up to the training to a 1 body part twice a week when on the juice?
I will be taking a course of sustanon and stanaz up to 750meg per week.
Would like to hear any feedback.
