i'd really like some opinions and things that you see need to be given priority and so on.. thanks
anyone??? advice??? criticism??? please
Biceps, delts, & back look like you've been working. Your chest is lagging. But overall, I would keep bulking if I were you. You look like you might be an ectomorph...always lean, hard gainer. Keep adding the size bro. You've got a good start.
BTW, you in a dorm room at VA Tech in those?
good work
yeah man that's va tech... go there or gone there?
WD
I went to WVU, saw many football games against tech though
my current chest routine:
bench BB : 4 sets after 135 lb warm up set, then 185, 225, 225 240 at 10,8,8,4 reps
incline BB : 3 sets at 185 195 205 each at 6 reps..
OR
becnh DB : 4 sets 80 90 90 100 at 10, 8 , 8, 4 reps
incline DB : 3 sets at 75 75 80 at 8 8 6 reps
always:
2 sets of dips to failure
what do you recommend to get my chest to grow???
WVU .... i bet you've said your share of tech disses in the day... oh well, im with you if it's about the weather.... how'd you know it was tech though??
pumpseeker: yeah i've always had a slim build i think it falls right in between meso and ecto..
i have put on 45 pounds in 1.5 years though with only 7 months of that actually knowing what im doing as far as eating and reps/lifting
and i also said that i plan on adding another 25 pounds over the next 2 years which will put me at 235 regular then if i cut down it'd be like 227 because i don't carry any fat on me at all
just some info
You have "Blacksburg" in your location and it looks like a dorm room with the concrete walls and shit. Man I miss those days. graduated in 99, couldn't wait to get out, now I wish I was back. Live it up while you're still free.Originally posted by withoutd0ubt

About your goals, they sound good. My long term goal is to add like 25 lbs of lean muscle too. You've been getting some nice gains so far, 45 lbs in 1 1/2 years is awesome bro! Obviously you're doing something right. Keep at it.
as others have said you look great bro nice and lean. one thing though, not a flame at all, but you look much lighter then 210 lbs. Im 6'0 too and at 195 and im a thicker. maybe you have big bones not trying to say your lieing either cause obviously your not doing bad at all from what your maxes are, just saying you look lighter then you are. keep up the good work.
yea i was bout to say, he doesnt look 210 at all.
yeah im 210, no reason to lie about that at all and i measured myself today to make sure and im 6'1.5" , i might have big bones but one thing is for sure is that i have a big ass
just for reference, i just measured my arm (flexing and no pump) and it was 16.25 quads are an even 25 inches and calves are 16 inches even.. i don't know what to say but the scale doesn't lie
