Hey guys,
I have a couple questions. First off, I still have another 5.5 weeks remaining of my 12 week cycle of just 500 mg Test E per week. My plan was to start taking Nolvadex 2 weeks after my last injection for four weeks. 40/40/20/20 seems like it's most recommended - does that seem correct, or do you think a different dosage/time period would be better?
Secondly, I plan on cutting off some fat after my PCT. From what I hear, you should wait AT LEAST a month or two before you start putting yourself in a calorie deficit. Do you all agree with this, and has anyone been able to start putting themselves in a calorie deficit 4 weeks after PCT? I'd like to start cutting as soon as possible, but I also don't want to lose any muscle/strength gains from jumping the gun any here. Another question I have on this topic is if you think I'd be okay just running calories at maintenance during PCT and after or if I'd be better off staying in a caloric surplus of 200-500ish? I figure if you're in a surplus, the chances of losing muscle would be even less. Anyone have any experience in running calories at just maintenance versus being in a surplus?

-How long to wait until cutting (putting myself in caloric deficit) after my PCT is completed? 4-12 weeks? Has anyone been successful with only waiting 4? I know a lot of this depends on how fast you recover.
-Does anyone have any input on whether you should be fine running cals at just maintenance or in a slight surplus?
