    does biking helps before heaving lifting workout?

    No. You shouldn't do cardio before heavy lifting. If you bike first you will use your sugar as fuel which would be better used during lifting

    I'd keep it to 5 or 10 minutes tops. Just something to get you warmed up and your heart up a bit. You don't want to do full out cardio before your lifting session because you will perform more poorly.

    Agreed no massive cardio session before weights. But 5mins on the bike is ok as a warm up. Warming up is extreay important!

    This depends on your goals. If you're cutting pre-comp, then am cardio is good to go. That can mean its pre-workout.

    Usually, its best post because of glycogen stores.

    I tend to keep it post-workout, light/moderate or interval depending on my goals. I use the bike and elliptical.

    a light cardio of 5-10 min before lifting is fine..

    To loosen up a little bit is just fine. Some don't like to stretch before workout, but i couldn't workout if i didn't.
