first cycle ever-need advice

I just started my first cycle last Friday of Sustanon. Dosing 250mg Friday and tues. Guy I got it from said I don't need an anti estrogen since Im only doing 500mg per wk, but says he can get Arimadex if I need it. He said he's never had any sides personally. Any suggestions? Also, should I do my second shot today, or wait til Friday and then start twice per week? Would this cause my body to be more susceptible to higher estrogen levels?

Everyone is different, so he can't tell you if you are going to get sides or not but you can prob get away with twice per week with sister because I've seen it done but if you are worried about sides, because of the prop in it, you should pin more frequently like eod

What do you have in place for PCT???? You should have anti E's on hand in case you get sides, armidex should be kept on hand just incase of sides when on cycle. Your need Nolva and Clomid for PCT.

What your PCT plans???

Everybody is different, mind and body so to be told you wont get sides is BAD BAD advice. Take what you get told at the gym with a pitch of salt, research yourself and decide whats best/safest for YOU.

Every 3 to 3 1/2 days is fine,theres only 30mg of prop in the sustanon so with an approximate half life of 3 days it isnt going to make a lot of difference on your test levels.I got a bad case of gyno with it 250mg every three days,along with tren A but i never had gyno issues with tren before so i laying blame on the sustanon. I ende up getting some ADEX and using that and finally some Nolvadex.The nolvadex helped and it has gone down a lot in a couple of weeks.The next time i do any form of test i am going to use adex at .5mg EOD at the same time.Do your next shot now,when i started my cycle i front loaded the sust at 500mg for the first shot then 250mg every three days.

We arent allowed to ask for sources corndog. But a little hint is go to google and type in buy research chemicals and go from there. You can feed them to your lab rats

Any suggestions? yes, everyone reacts differently to the same compound Also, should I do my second shot today, or wait til Friday and then start twice per week? if you are using the "4 type version" of test sust, so without acetate, the only short ester you have is propionate. therefore, you can easily go for twice a week Would this cause my body to be more susceptible to higher estrogen levels? the more androgens are converted into estrogens, the higher the risk

7% bf, 180lb, been working out for 5 yrs. Diet is very strict. 300g carbs a day, 250g protein, 6-7 meals. And I won't ask about antis again. Understood
