    core stability routine: need help

    hello,
    i need your help to plan a core stability workout (not only abs!).
    i saw these exercises around:
    - prone plank
    - lateral plank
    - bridge
    - 'superman'
    - etc.

    how many exercises do i need?
    when can i make them? end of w.o.? non w.o. days?
    how many times x week?
    and what about series? reps? seconds in isometric?

    hi..
    well, one of my problems is that i have lower back pain ad i cannot squat that much, so i was told by a therapist to work on my core stability specifically for 1-2 months
    and see what happen.

    i need to stabilize my deeper muscles before going back to normal exercises....
