Im goin to start poking my sust 250 next week. Im looking to get bulkier n trim some body fat. I also just want to bcome more athletic all around.
My question is how would u shape your routine? Im currently training my legs and back in the same day and my chest and shoulders the next. Followed by a day of rest and then I repeat. Do you think that is a good idea, or should I just focus on one muscle group a day with 2 days rest?
I also want to throw some p90x in there for additional wrkouts on top of wat I did that day for my muscle group. When should I incorporate thst?
