Hey guys I'm trying to work out why I've stopped growing, it's either my diet or the sust I'm on is fake n coz I've takin dbol at the start of my cycle I'm running on empty with my test levels (that's if it is fake) as I'm tired, lost strength gains n haven't gained at all. I'll post up what I've been eating...
I'm trying to bulk up
5am- 3 fried eggs
Half a bowl of rice
1/4 bowl of baked beans
2 sausages
2 Rasheed of bacon
9am - 1 bowl of pasta
Good amount of steak
12 - 1 bowl of yoghurt usually flavored
1 bowl of porridge
Some peanuts / almonds
3pm- 1 bowl of rice
Good amount of steak
6pm before workout
Some dextrose and maltidextron carb powder n no explode for energy
7:00 - protein shake with carbs
7:15pm - good serve of chicken
1/2 bowl of rice
Some beans
Brocolli
8:00 bed whilst during the night sipping on a protein shake
Is it my fats are not up there? I feel my carbs and protein intake is good?
