    Hi ,

    I'm just wondering if "Rapidcuts(as fat burner) and AminoAcids with doing tons of cardio + lifting will help me reach my goal in gettin clean (as in losing belly/facial fat) without achieving muscle breakdown !


    From what i've read over the net , Aminos are used for preventing muscle breakdown , while the fat burners burn fat ?


    Don't diss me asap !

    BCAA's are a good choice for when dieting as they can be consumed before/during cardio sessions and are low in calories for the amount of amino acids they provide.

    Forget OTC fat burners, spend your money on extra BCAA's

    And dont buy branded BCAA's, go bulkpowders .co.uk if int he UK or Trueprotein .com for USA

    Hey mate ,

    Can you explain to me what BCAA's are ? and OTC ?

    So **** Rapidcuts ? just amino ? (from what i've got so far ?)

    Mate look up BCAA'S on google and you'll know what they are.. Do some research.. If u are looking to achieve your goal.. You have to do some leg work..
