Hi there, I'm new to this forum.
I want to start the Keto Diet, I did it a few months back & lost about 20 pounds, but unfortunately gained some of it back & I'm super unhappy now with my weight.
I'm 5'3" & I'm at 137 lbs, I was at 152 when I had started.
I know how to do it, my boyfriend did it before me & helped me through it, so I got the gist of it. My problem is breakfast. I'm allergic to eggs, nothing crazy - they just give me headaches. But I cannot tolerate them, they make me gag and I can't. Scrambled, Sunny side up, hard boiled, any type of egg is just gross to me.
So, I need advice on what I can eat for breakfast that's allowed in this diet.. Please please, let me know.
