    Hello guys can you help me pick out a good diet to gain mass and put on muslce

    i know and i saw the other threads but see i dont know if they really work so i decided to make a thread asking you guys which thread on here did you try and did it work? or are they all crap and do you have a better diet plan? i was redricted here because i was told this can help me more then steroids since i am still to young to be taking them i am 18 going on 19 in a couple mouths i put alot of infromation on my last thread but i am not on this if you need more just tell me ok ps the pic of me is me i have more but it looks small to me idk if i did it right

    Hey mate you have made the right choice coming to the nutrition resource forum and are correct that a good diet will further your goals more than steriods. Can we start with your stats and goals? And also tell us what you would eat in a normal day?

    what do you mean about stats? and my goal isnt really that hard i belive just 3 pounds a month more mostly muscle my weight right now is 120 and i am 5'8 i want my weight to be at like 150. i want to add 30 pounds of muscle in 12 mouths i dont know if i can do it or if its possible .. what i eat right now my diet is 4 meals a day the last meal i had that i remember is i had a big bowl of chinese rice mix with vegetables and chickent my next meal was soup with sausage and cabbage and carrots my meal after that was like chinese bbq chicken and seasome chicken, eggrolls, and sweet and sour chicken (it was a big plant full of different kids of chinese chicken . and my last meal was soup with sausage and cabbage and carrots and potatoes .. i know that much detail but my best lol .. i always started to drink a glass of milk with ever meal. i always drink protein powders after ever work out

    So yor goals would be to bulk. By stats I mean. Age, weight, height and bf%... Most of which you have me. What I would reccomend to you is to read the 'How to bulk' thread at the top of the forum page. Read that get a better understanding on the right way to diet and then come back to us with a new detailed diet from what you've learnt reading. Your on the right path mate jump onto that thread and it will help u out a lot...
