    protein shakes vs protein food source...

    i am a young college student that is extremely busy with school and work and i find it hard to get every single meal in with a protein food source.. i will have a protein postworkout but i was thinking of maybe having 2 other protein shakes throughout the day with maybe a cup of oatmeal

    is this gonna be detrimental to my gains?

    im 6'1 200lbs trying to get 250+ grams of protein in a day and just find it next to impossible to do it on my schedule.. ive tried to do the whole cook meals in advanced but honestly im not trying to compete or anything like that so im not trying to get on that level..

    Nope. Focus on hitting your macros and staying consistent. That will do more for you than worrying about sources imo.
