Thread: 2 day split

    2 day split

    Over the next few months I will have a hard time making it to the gym more often. Tuesdays and Thursdays I can get in very early and will only have about an hours time.

    Is there a good way to work in a 2 day split? I will do low intensity cardio on the off days. Thanks.

    so is this just nor possible?

    if this was me i would do
    tuesday: chest,shoulders,tricep.
    thursday: back, legs, bicep. deadlift being one of my main back/leg exercises.
    also if you only have an hours time i would superset some exercises.
