okay so im training triceps 2ce a week, monday with chest and thursday with shoulder
monday session goes
chest & tricep
flat dumbell press 4 sets 6-10 reps
incline dumbell press 4 sets 8-12 reps
dumbell flies 3 sets 12 reps
cable crossovers 3 sets 12-15 reps
dips 3-4 sets 6-12 reps
skull crushes 3 sets 6-12 reps
overhead tricep extensions 3 sets 6-12 reps
i pyramid my reps starting on 12 and increasing the weight for 6 reps on last set
then thursday after shoulders i also train tricep
bench dips 3 sets 12-15 reps
cable rope pressdown 3 sets 12-15 reps
overhead cable extension 3 sets 12-15 reps
i dont feel like im overdoing it but what do you guys think ??
