Okay, I get headaches a lot, and I just started my first cycle of Anadrol, and was wondering if anyone knew if it was okay to take either tylenol or ibprofen. Well the tylenol mess up my results or anything?

IMO bro I would not take either of the two pain relievers with anadrol. Anadrol is very heptoxic and the combination of this anabolic along with pain relievers that are also stressful on the liver could cause some very serious effects. I don't think that they will mess up your results, just your liver.
