hitting a lagging muscle 3 times a week while on aas

i'm thinking of pushin hitting my arms 3 times a week when i decide to do a cycle. am thinking of doing different types of workouts starting with a heavy 3-6 reps for first day, then 8-10 reps exercices on day 2 ,and 10-15 reps for day three ill also only be doing 1 exercice per day. Is it overtraining no matter what or can it work?

Well considering you will be using your arms indirectly whilst training other parts.. i.e biceps used whilst training back and triceps whilst train chest..... there really is no need to do this much.. imo its over training.

No, this IMO is not a good idea

Hit them hard once every 5-8 days (depending on your recovery ability)

    Minimal sets, maximum stimulation

    Agreed ^^^

You probably need to reduce your arm training if they are not growing rather than increase it. Learn how to train them properly with maximum intensity.

    My current bicep workout

    Machine preacher curl.

2-3 warm up sets, 1 set to failure, 1 set to and beyond failure (forced reps, negatives, rest pause)

    Standing barbell/EZ bar curls

    1 set to failure

1 set to and beyond failure (as above)

    Incline DB curls

1 set to and beyond failure (as above)

    Done, Dorian Yates style!

It really is what you put into the exercises, not how many sets you do.... When I say to people that's what were doing for biceps today they look at me like I'm mad... After the first set beyond failure they become a lot less cocky... And by the end of the workout they are once again looking at me like I'm mad
