are you taking AIs? what is your protocol? possibly your e2 is too high!
Im on 200mg every other week. I did change that to a weekly 100mg. I am not in hcg or an AI. I am waiting for a communication back from my doctor as I've asked about both of those things. I was wondering if that could be the case, especially since my bf is higher than ideal.
Most likely it is the elevated E2. I retained a lot of water until I got mine under control with an AI.
it sounds like E2 problem ..a AI will sort that out ..1mg per 100mg of test .
Thanks. Hopefully I can get my Dr off the bubble on givng me an AI and hcg as part of my protocol. Hard to find a knowledgeable Dr here where I live.
Anything natural or non-prescription that I can take to help lower E2 while I am trying to get her to prescribe something?

60X0 is used and there was a thread on it lately but the guy didnt updated it...my doctor suggested it before i demanded arimidex when my e2 rose to 78 from 25
60x0 seems to be a discontinued product :-(
You'll find some relevant info in the stickies on natural assistance with E

I was defiantly retaining fluids when starting my TRT. I'd say about 6-10lbs worth easy.
6 weeks in I checked my E2 and it was high. Starting taking an AI (Arimidex) and lost the bloat in about 2 weeks time. Have not been bloated since.
I think thats about what I am carrying. I put on about 10# it seemed overnight. It seems stable, but I can see puffiness under my arms, on my back, and around my nipples. I dont feel anything solid around the nipple, it just seems puffy.
Same here, was not given any AI yet because i am still new to TRT and must get some blood test, i seemed to have gain some water weight. MMMMMMM
Starting to feel some tenderness around my nipples as well. Not good. If my Dr doesn't get on board soon on an AI it looks like I will be sourcing it elsewhere.
Will the AI control acne? Like aromasin/ arimedex?
Thanks for the input. Get nervous when talking about boobs on me.Originally Posted by Fred40
Talked to my urologist this morning, she will not do anything beyond test for treatment. So time to find an HRT clinic I guess.
I was really hoping to get my Dr's buy in. And every endocrinologist in the valley is booked through January here. I have several free flights worth of airmiles, I should consider Crisler's clinic.
I am looking local for AI's too. Have a guy I work out with some that is opening up. I dont think he uses, but knows the right people to hopefully help me out.
Not sure if this is just a temp side effect, i am glad to say that the weight go back to normal this week
Bass looks like your coming along amazing bro avatar looks insane, really good seperation between arms and delts. I feel the bodyfat issue is quite commun in almost everyone here, we need to lose it, yet another proof that low T level will make people put on a lot more.
well done bass
thanks guys! lighting and a angle can work miracles![]()
I could really use some help on an AI if someone could pm me. My gym buddy can't get it and I can't get into an endo here for quite awhile, longer than I want to stay bloated or possibly working on gyno. I am going to go to Crisler, but want to wait till after the first of the year. I am throwing money at a deductible at yearend, which just kills me.
So what I have read, Liquidex@ 1mg/100mg test. And split that up through the week correct?
Feels like i am unloading some water. Thankfully. Nipples are back to normalish as well. So I am back of the running with the biggest boobs contest with my wife.
