    Training calves on leg day

Guys just a quickly I'm 1 of them guys who never used to train he's legs, for the last 6 weeks I'm been training them once a week . The problem I have is at the end of doin my upper legs I hit calves but struggle big time with my legs shaking like mad specially on seated calve raises, should I hit them on a separate day for example after ( back).

    Cheers.

Hey mate. Yeah definatly hit them on a separate day. I dedicate a whole day just to quads. I train hammies after back and calves after shoulders. To much for one day IMO. Give that a go see how it goes
