I work triceps on the same day as my chest. The reason I came to that conclusion is that after I came back into the awesome world of working out, I noticed that my triceps would always "steal" plenty of the work in certain chest exercises. No matter how I tweaked my grip on bench or hand and arm pla***ent in push ups and the various variations, they would literally hog most of the burn. So... I ended up putting a day aside for tris and chest. I am noticing a more evened out feel as far as the workouts are concerned. I just wanted to know if this was in my head or if there was some basis to this at all. I am looking for real critique and criticism, so don't hold anything back. I lost my ego a LONG time ago.
