long time lurker, first time poster. been wanting to get on the gear for a long time and most probably will start next week. i only have sus250 and deca on hand from a reliable source, so i guess thats what ill b starting on. first off:
Age: 23 gonna b 24 soon
Height: 6ft
Weight: 78kgs (171lbs)
BF%: not sure, mayb like 12%
Lifting: been lifting and dieting properly for just under 2yrs
i would like to think i know what im doing when it comes to lifting/dieting. these are my before, and my post recent pics.

i dont have any shirtless pics b4 i started lifting as i guess i was quite conscious of the way i looked.
i just measured my arms then, and my right arm is just under 13inch unflexed (straight), 15inch unflexed (bent) and is just 17inch flexed.
ok. so im not really keen on the deca, and im thinking of just running:
sus250 for 12weeks
500mg per week
Start PCT 18days after the last sus shot, running nolva 20mg/20/20/20 p/wk
im not trying to become stocky/buff.. but lean, something towards the shape of what ive already got, but 10kgs heavier of lean muscle.
i ultimately want to have this type of physique.

ive always been natural, but im kind of losing my youth and would rather get to my desired body physique now with the help of AAS then do it naturally and take the longer course.
im open to AAS, GH or peptides???
any help would b greatly appreciated.
