Hey all, I am planning on doing my first bodybuilding show in August of 2012. I have been training for about 9 years pretty solid. I'm 23 years old, 5'9 230 lbs, 13% bf and have done my fair share of cycles in the past. Right now, I am taking 800 mgs of Sust 250 and 400 of Deca a week, with my cycle ending in early/mid De***ber...Any advice on how my cycles for 2012 should look? I will be hiring a coach 16 weeks out, but wanted advice from you guys to see how I should plan out my cycles for next year...Thanks in advance
