Ok.. now I had some time off training ( 8months ) but for the last 2 months been back in full time.. my body has come back and I am looking good ( 75KG) all lean.. however whilst not training I have developed a little beer belly it seems below my belly button.... My diet is fine... All I need help on is what is the best & fastest way to lose this.... it is the only fat that is on my body .... what cardio exercises can you recommend.. why.. and for how long... at this present stage my cardio involves cross trainer for 15m X 3 days and 3 days rock climbing( intense) however I can seem to burn it off... maybe I should do it first thing in the morning??? on a empty stomach??
