the reason im asking is because when i played ball back in high school i remember hell week where i would loose 20 pounds in about a week and a half, made me get really rippped and cut everytime
i bring this up because i still lifted back then before practice with the team, and i would obviously continue to do that now and am doing that now, i currently life 5 days a week one body part a day..
so my question is aside from eating clean can you give me an intense cardio routine i can do for the next three weeks? like i said i want to look good for my 21st!! ive been doing 20 minutes of hiit training on the treadmil for the past week (45sec all out sprint, 90 sec fast walk) and im not satisfied with the results. i understand i have no patience but i want to do whatever it takes to cut down for my bday
