    Workout advice please

    Hi everyone would like some constructive criticism on my current workout routine please. I've been making decent progress but I'm always trying to improve the way I exercise and would like some experienced opinions.

    My stats are;
    Age - 25 Height - 6'5" Weight 196 lbs Bf 11% (approx)

    I've been training for about 2.5 years but looking back about a year and a half was wasted time due to lack of knowledge.

    Current workout is;
    Monday - Incline bench and pushups.

    Tuesday - Bentover rows, deadlifts, lying rows.

    Wednesday - Situps, crunches, Ab knee raises.

    Thursday - Squats, upright rows.

    Friday - Bicep curls, frenchmens presses, chinups, dips.

    Saturday is same as Wednesday and Sunday is a rest day. As you might have guessed I workout at home and only have a barbell and pullup bar. Any comments appreciated

    I would do this
    Mon: Squats, lunges, Romanian deadlift
    Wed: Incline press, dips, overheadpress, french press
    Fri: Deadlift, chins, rows, curls
    Sat/Sun Rest.

    Ok what about tuesday and thursday? I presume I would do ab work on those days?

    Tues and Thurs could be rest or cardio days or for abs, but you really don't need a day dedicated for abs. Abs get stimulated during squats and deadlifts. Remember abs are made in the kitchen.

    Ok thanks for the advice. I'll start the new routine this week and see how I go.
