Hi everyone would like some constructive criticism on my current workout routine please. I've been making decent progress but I'm always trying to improve the way I exercise and would like some experienced opinions.
My stats are;
Age - 25 Height - 6'5" Weight 196 lbs Bf 11% (approx)
I've been training for about 2.5 years but looking back about a year and a half was wasted time due to lack of knowledge.
Current workout is;
Monday - Incline bench and pushups.
Tuesday - Bentover rows, deadlifts, lying rows.
Wednesday - Situps, crunches, Ab knee raises.
Thursday - Squats, upright rows.
Friday - Bicep curls, frenchmens presses, chinups, dips.
Saturday is same as Wednesday and Sunday is a rest day. As you might have guessed I workout at home and only have a barbell and pullup bar. Any comments appreciated![]()
