anavar can anyone please tell me the right dosage cycle ???

Hi i just started taking anavar 1 week ago - taken 40mg ( 2x20mg day & night)

& i am confuse about the dosage !!
the more i read the more i get confuse about different opinions
i am new to this forum & NEED PRO & VET ADVICE !!!
if i go with anavar rec dosage should be 0.125 of my weight = 21mg day ???
& i keep reading that under 40mg day is too low???
please help me out

my stats :
38 yr old
172 lb
5 foot 6
not sure about my body fat ? but i should say average cut ( i will get that update as soon as i found out)

****i was told by someone at the gym that took it before that it should be 0.125 & i should be doping to 30mg this week & 20mg next week
i did 1 full week at 40mg so far & reduce to 30mg in my second week am i doing the right thing?
** i also feel that me testicle start hurting a bit on my 9th day is that normal?***

If its your first time taking Anavar 40-50mgs is a good dose. And split your dose into 20-25mgs in the AM and 20-25mgs in the PM cause Anavar has an (can't exactly remember but I think its) 8 hour half life. Its good to keep the Anavar in your blood levels steady.

yes its my first time taking it
i split 2x day - breakfast 20mg & dinner 10mg ( 10h appart) i find taking it with meal avoid the stomach upset as was getting the first 2 days...

so you think i should go back to what i was doing my first week : breakfast 20mg + dinner 20mg ... & increase to 50mg my last week... i have 50 pills ( 20mg)

& my original plan was 20mg for 50 day cycle almost 8 week cycle...
*** but i stated of with 40mg the 1st week so dont think 4 week cycle is enough right ?
should buy other 50 pills to have a full 8 week cycle
what do you guys think ?

testicular shrinkage on anavar is typical.. 250iu hcg 2x week will stop this and make pct easier..

Correct. Var has an active life of somewhere between 8 and 12 hours, so it is beneficial to take 50% of the daily dose at opposing ends of the day.
