Compounded DHEA cream has also been a huge benefit for her. This hormone really needs to be looked at for all females, especially if premenopausal symptoms are occuring. My wife's score was 70 on a range of 60-337. Her score is now closer to 250, and it has made a huge difference in her well being, and her PMS symptoms are virtually zilch! A little pregneolone can be combined in the mix, and it will do wonders.
It's good to get with a doctor who understands BHRT specifically for women. It's important that labs are taken at various stages of the month for women (Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal), so that the diagnosis is accurate. It's definitely a little more complex getting a female's protocol dialed in, so get with a doctor who has some good experience.
