    confused on what type of meal plan i need to do for my goals

    i am 205 at around 20% body fat right now and my goal is to be around 200 at 10% body fat

    what type of diet should i do?

    I would personally recommend cutting down, say to 10%, then bulking back up. Even if during your "bulks" you have to cut for a bit to keep the fat gain under control. Trying to do both at once aka recomp, isnt too likely and will probably render half results.
